to the east and fairfield, concord, danville, richland, oakland, the south bay. we are looking at scattered showers in fremont. san jose dry, morgan hill with a few scattered showers and along the peninsula, san francisco in to the south bay and along the coastline, pacifica getting wet. half moon bay dry but you can expect scattered showers as well. the satellite, radar, we have this moving through. this is going to be pretty much the most we see for this morning. behind us we will get a bit of a break that you can see that moisture plume just a river of moisture that will continue driving our way and by tomorrow morning, the bulk of this third and final round of rain will come our way. giving you a look. dealing with the scattered showers but by midmorning mostly cloudy but mostly dry. we have a lot of moisture in the air, a few scattered showers a possibility but by sunset here comes more of a steady light rain and into tomorrow morning there is the wallup over the north bay. into 7:00 it's now shifting. at this time tomorrow morning we will be dealing with this, very heavy, rain at time

valley, over to richland, down to oakland, we're looking at heavy rainfall and light to moderate rain as well. and san jose and cupertino getting rain. and widespread rainfall totallies of 1 to 2 inches. that's why we have a flash flood watch for the north bay, the coast and the mountains and a flood warning for the napa river and the russian river and it's going to be windy as well. wind advisory for the coast and mountains for wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour. this happens round number 3. we'll talk about what happens once this moves out. that's coming up in the full forecast in a few minutes. >>> two rivers to the north are being watched closely tonight. the napa and russian rivers are both under a flood warning. they're expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow on the napa and then early monday in guerneville. this is how the russian river looked this afternoon. fast moving and clearly over its banks right now but expected to crest at about 4 feet above flood stage in the next 36 hours causing major flooding on roads and bridges. don knapp is along the river in napa where the

. there are no major problems driving on 680 as you drive nearby between walnut creek and oakland. northbound 101 san francisco that traffic looks good. let's go back to the desk. >>> time now 6:01. repair crews and other crews are still at the scene of that big machine shop fire that happened yesterday. lorraine blanco is at cnh enterprises right now. firefighters are looking out for flairups out there. >> reporter: they are babysitting the smoke this morning. it's smoldering in the center of the building. that's what we are told this morning. you can see what is left is a gutted charred mess. these are the offices in the front of the building. management says they are working furiously to open a new location. it started in the warm springs company around 1:45 yesterday afternoon. the flames and smoke were so heavy and the chemicals inside the machine shop were so combustible firefighters had to battle it from the outside. all 80 or so employees got out safely but the building was destroyed. >> when you stop and think about something like this, it's like you know my personally my problems are trivia

of the damage out of oakland. a number of homes damaged because of flooding and rains there. roads damaged as well this is widespread, across the bay area, southern parts of oregon, just the infrastructure can't handle this moisture and underwashing some of these roadways. rescues, high water rescues yesterday and over the weekend. you can just imagine when some of these small streams come up and over the roadways, if you're driving through them people get stuck. the crews are brought in to try to get the job done and folks to safety. across napa valley, incredible flooding there. the napa valley seeing some of its worst rainfall in years. look at these numbers. petrolia, california, over 17 inches. bridgeville, 15 inches. that's an incredible amount of rain. to see that much rainfall is truly remarkable. we are seeing more in the way of rainfall across seattle and portland it has stopped for today in the san francisco area. some of the rainfall yesterday fell in the form of snow, snow levels at about 5,000 feet. i suppose it could have been worse. elsewhere, looking at a foggy travel acro
